Until we actually peel back the curtains, we don't realize how much unconscious racism is seeped into American culture. We like to think that Jim-Crow style stereotypes are a thing of the past but a lot of us don't realize that they've been staring at us right in the face.

We don't even have to watch videos of Rodney King or George Floyd to know this. Sometimes all we have to do is drive to the supermarket. Thanks for the article.
